big bedroom helpful staff excellent location
The bedroom was quite big. the front desk staff proved very helpful, they offered information. the location is excellent. Parque and picoas metro stations are only a short walk. breakfast was extensive and good.
The mattress was soft. it made my night's sleep uncomfortable. Though, the rest of my stay was excellent.

rooftop terrace clean room
Staff greeted me warmly. The breakfast terrace was on the rooftop. This location had good access to transportation. The room had a robe and slippers. A bidet was also in the bathroom. The room was always clean. I liked all the space.
The towels are old. The towels do not dry well. There also was no sugar in my room for coffee.

convenient location efficient check-in great drinks
i found the location convenient, near public transport. the check-in process was efficient , and i was able to access my room without delay. the quality of drinks at the bar really surprised me , they were great.
it was sometimes hard to find a staff member at the bar.
