great location quick check-in excellent server bathroom ventilation loose lamp hairdryer filter

The hotel has a great location near the metro line. Check-in was quick. The staff gave me a nice room. Breakfast offered a good value for the money and the server was excellent, taking care of everyone.

My bathroom was MISSING ventilation. The bedside lamp was loose. It could not stay up, though it turned on. The hairdryer filter fell off every time I picked IT up.

breakfast variety friendly staff excellent location poor insulation outside traffic cramped room

the breakfast was good. i found lots of variety and the staff was friendly. the location IS excellent. it is right next to the metro and very good bus services.

the noise insulation were so poor i heard all outside traffic all night. it was so LOUD i thought the window was open. the room was very CRAMPED. the window would not shut, despite several requests.

The staff at the front desk offered excellent service , as they were always helpful. They provided useful information about tours. The breakfast had good variety , and the staff maintained it well .

The staff were pleasant and helpful . My room was clean upon arrival. I found the location convenient to public transport.

The room faced a busy main road. I experienced disruptive noise from traffic. The window did not block outside noise well. Sleep was difficult.
