superb stay
attentive staff fresh water great restaurant friendly staff
The staff at the front desk helped me quickly, it was super! i got fresh water refilled daily. I really appreciated that. i found a great italian restaurant just across the street from the hotel. the bar had a piano player creating a great atmosphere, and the bar staff were so friendly!

I noticed the bar provided a piano session one night. It was super! the bar also offers some snacks for a quick bite. i liked the restaurant, and the location is near other dining options too.

The hotel staff were polite. They were very helpful when i needed something. the front desk staff was very attentive. They helped me with an early check-in! i loved the daily cleaning service. It kept my room fresh.

helpful staff clean room nearby park uncomfortable bed small tv poor air conditioning
the staff was helpful with directions. my room was clean. the king edward park is nearby, it was good for walks.
the bed was not very comfortable. the tv was old and small. it felt outdated for a four-star hotel. the air conditioning was hard to operate, i had to call reception for help.

the rooms included a double bed. the breakfast was varied and plentiful, i saw lots of choices. they gave me a free upgrade, and i really appreciated it. the furniture was beautifully made, i even took pictures.
the hotel is old, maybe they could spruce it up.

helpful staff detailed map perfect cleaning delicious snacks
The staff was friendly and helpful, from the reception to the bar. Reception staff provided a map with great recommendations. The room was cleaned daily (a feature I always appreciate). I enjoyed drinks and snacks from the bar.
I noticed very tiny ants on the sink in my room.
