central location with friendly service
central location helpful staff walking distance
the location was very central! i found many cafes and restaurants nearby. the metro station was within walking distance, and i used the 28 tram. gisela at the front desk was especially helpful, she made some great recommendations.
a bar at the corner of the street had very loud patrons late into the night. this made sleeping a bit difficult. i think more insulated windows would help with the noise.

the team offered a warm welcome. they gave helpful advice about exploring the city. i received excellent guidance on what to do during the wet weather.

helpful staff central location noisy corner poor insulation
The front desk staff were very helpful. Miguel offered coffee each morning and advice about the area. The location is really central.
The street corner was noisy because people gathered at a bar. We could not sleep well. I think the hotel could improve sound insulation.

a lovely experience
helpful staff amazing air conditioning comfortable bed
the staff were really helpful, they gave great tips. air conditioning worked amazing and the bed was comfortable. i would definitely stay there again, i felt safe.
the hotel had a bar on the corner. people congregated there and it became really loud till early morning. i couldn't sleep well.

The standard double room had adequate space for luggage. the bed had quality linens and pillows. the room included blackout curtains and soundproofing. That helped a lot.

the building is located in a central spot with traditional architecture. the area is quiet during the day. many bars are close by to the building.

the hotel offers free wifi throughout the hotel. there is no elevator for rooms on upper floors. staff provided luggage assistance upon request, and were very sweet.
