attentive staff indoor pool satisfying breakfast unemptied bin dirty clothes laundry delay
the staff's attentiveness stood out (i felt cared for). the indoor pool provided a lovely escape. i found the breakfast selection quite satisfying.
upon arrival, the garbage bin had not been emptied. clothing from previous guests remained in the closet. furthermore, i experienced a delay with the laundry service.

Really good Stay, A Truly Nice Experience

I found joining rooms were arranged quickly upon arrival, great. i also received little goody bags for my daughters upon arrival. the rooms are spacious. They are also well thought through. amenities by clarins are a nice touch.
i found the indoor pool WAS NOT very warm, which impacted my experience. this was a slight disappointment, given the overall quality of the hotel.

The staff were attentive. They went out of their way to assist guests. the bellboys are warm. The reception team is attentive. the entire staff is really good and professional.

My room was clean and well maintained. the hotel interior design felt modern. the amenities were complete, and it really was like they anticipated my needs. From the nespresso machine to the robe, every detail was carefully considered.

I was charmed by the helpful staff. The room had a lovely design. The bed was super comfortable. I found complimentary tea, cake, and water downstairs. It was a really nice touch!!!

Excellent Hotel, Minor Shower Issue
helpful staff spacious room free coffee
The staff was helpful, and attend to our needs. The hotel provide good goody bags for children. Rooms are spacious with many amenities. I also liked that there was free coffee and tea in the lobby.
The shower drain was slow. I report it but the situation did not improve during stay. This made it hard to wash hair or shower normal. The water level was too much for good hygiene.

The interior design is elegant. I noticed every space felt meticulously designed with modern accents that create an atmosphere of warmth. The staff was really good. I am thankful for their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. They helped make our anniversary lovely with thoughtful touches.
The hotel should communicate closures in advance so guests can adjust their plans accordingly.

a mixed experience
cold sauna faulty card reader
the sauna was not hot at all. it was not a cozy sauna experience as i expect from hotels in this price range. the card reader enabling electricity did not work correctly. it kept switching on and off every minute, even after complaining and getting a new card.

excellent breakfast convenient stop faulty reader lukewarm sauna
the breakfast choice was really excellent. i also found complimentary toiletries from clarins! the metro stop is a short two-minute walk. it's on a direct line from the airport, and that was super convenient.
the card reader that controlled the electricity in my room didn't work properly. it kept switching off and on every minute! even after i complained and got a new card, the problem persisted. the sauna wasn't very hot either. it wasn't the cozy sauna experience i expected.
