the location was very good especially since it was my first time. many dinner options are nearby and shopping is very close. the staff were very friendly and the rooms are spacious.

The location was acceptable. It was within walking distance to many attractions.
The breakfast ordering system was NOT ideal. I had to pre-order what I wanted the day before. It felt a bit restrictive. there was a tourist tax that was NOT communicated to me until checkout. It was a surprise i did NOT appreciate.

the staff was friendly. they assisted us with directions. our premier double room was spacious. the air conditioning worked well. the hotel's central position was very convenient. many attractions were within walking distance. taxis from the airport were inexpensive.
i noticed that the hotel LACKED soundproofing. i could hear noise from the street. this made it difficult to sleep at times. it could improve with better insulation in the rooms.
