comfortable bed perfect housekeeping friendly staff
The bed was unbelievably comfortable. It included nice linens. the housekeeping team was perfect! i found the staff was friendly and warm. they arranged car parking in a secure garage, helpful.

The hotel's location is close to the plaza el comercio and the city center. That was very convenient. it is ideal if you like rumba. it is an area with lots of parties though!

clean room comfortable bed
the room was very clean. the bed was comfortable and pillows are great. we could leave luggage upon arrival before check-in. we also left luggage after check-out until later.
the music from the bar went on late. i stayed on saturday and needed sleep before a flight. it was not ideal for rest.

the breakfast hamper arrived to our room. it included gluten-free bread. i also enjoyed croissants and juice that i made myself, it saved us from eating nearby.

train station breakfast hamper playful theme
the location was near the train station and walkable areas made it convenient i found restaurants and bars right downstairs a real plus the bed was big and comfy i slept well. breakfast came in a hamper to the room each morning a novel touch it was quite good. the adult theme is used playfully i found it fun it might not suit children or prudes.
i had difficulty finding someone at reception when i needed help service felt poor

colorful umbrellas interesting concept
I liked that the hotel entrance is on a street full of pubs. it has many restaurantes and colorful umbrellas cover the street. the hotel concept is interesting. Each room has a girl's name from when it was a brothel.
the hotel does not clean the room, unless a specific sign is placed outside the door.

central location train station excellent shower dark room missing closet adult tourism
The location was central on pink street. every thing i wanted to do was quite nearby including the train station. the shower was excellent. It had great pressure and temperature.
i found the room a bit dark. there weren't basic amenities like a closet. it seemed the hotel primarily caters to adult tourism.

unique and fun stay
cool vibe themed decor central location
the room decor matched the building's history. the bar inside had a cool vibe both during the day and at night (i especially liked the cocktails). the hotel's location on pink street made it easy to access restaurants and bars.
