helpful staff early arrival coffee machine small room firm bed
the staff members were very helpful. I arrived early and left my bag. It was then taken to my room as soon as it was available. The coffee machine was a very nice touch. the hotel is very close to the Baixa Chiado station.
The room was very small. it started very early at 7 am. the bed was very firm. The towels were like rags.

easy access helpful staff cozy atmosphere
the location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions, a true delight. i found the staff genuinely helpful and cute. the breakfast offered a good range of choices and i enjoyed the morning meals. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere , made my stay special and tender
the room was a little smaller than i had expected but it wasn't really a big problem

The hotel's central location proved convenient. I found it easy to reach Praca do Comercio and various transit options. The shower was also excellent..
It started early and continued late into the afternoon. The breakfast options were somewhat limited for my tastes. The scrambled eggs had a peculiar texture..

FANTASTIC Stay!
friendly staff central location tasty breakfast
The staff IS super friendly and helpful. They even decorated the bed on my wedding anniversary! The location is ideal for exploring the city. It is VERY central. I especially loved the plentiful and tasty breakfast!
The menu WAS limited in the restaurant. The ambience was not great, and there was no alcohol.

The hotel IS brilliantly placed in the center. It is on the route of the famous Tram 28. The hotel is also easy to walk to Chiado, and Alfama elevators or trains are nearby.

The room was very clean. It was well maintained . The bathroom includes modern fixtures, and all amenities function without issue. The room also features well-soundproofed windows for extra comfort.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The hotel offers homemade cakes. COFFEE capsules are provided, and staff replenishes them daily .

The fast WiFi allows guests to stay connected. This is valuable to many travelers! I was provided with an iron and ironing board upon request. Staff addressed all requests quickly and efficiently.
