I found the staff lovely and attentive. The room was well decorated. I loved that it was near public transport. It was convenient for getting around. I also liked the free wine sample. It tasted delicious.
The lighting in the room could be improved, as it was not bright enough for reading in the evenings.

The room included a very spacious bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. I found the soundproofing excellent. I did not hear noise from other rooms or outside.

The breakfast included many options. I sampled both hot and cold items. The food was AMAZING!!! The dining area was kept clean and well-stocked. I never had to wait for a table.

The room i received initially was not adequately cleaned. Specifically, the sink was dirty upon arrival. i expect a higher standard of cleanliness.

i found the room clean. i liked that i could keep my bag there when i visited a nearby city. the proximity to the metro made getting around easy. the staff, especially ruben moreira, were very helpful and really stood out!
the street outside the hotel is a little uneven and the front door is heavy.

this hotel offers complimentary ionized water and apples, an amenity i found thoughtful. there is also a lounge on the top floor, easily accessible for all guests. i think these touches improve the guest experience.

the staff was polite and very attentive to requests. i received a warm welcome and a lovely farewell gift. the individuals at reception were very helpful and accommodating, especially when i needed assistance with directions.

Excellent City Center Stay

The location was central and quiet. Shopping and restaurants were within an easy walk. It took about 20 minutes to walk to the historic center. Our room was upgraded to a studio, and it was amazing (I really enjoyed the extra space!).
The street outside is uneven, making it a bit difficult if you have mobility issues.

The staff was very kind and helpful . They offered a sweet welcome gift of water and pastel de nata. I was allowed to leave my luggage at the reception free of charge until the evening.

the room had lots of natural lighting it was spacious too the beds were comfortable i found this very helpful. the location was close to restaurants and also the tour meet up place was nearby. the hotel was very clean it was a priority for me.
the rooms do not have good lighting that was a minor inconvenience.
