My room included a nespresso machine. I appreciate that. the fridge was stocked with free water and sodas. the staff helped me weigh my luggage without any issue..
The room was quite small. I didn't expect that. the open-style hangers are not ideal for longer stays of multiple days. there was only one chair in the room, which limited seating options.

the hotel staff were always available. they were also very kind .
i booked a superior beautiful double or twin room. i was expecting a larger space, but the room felt cramped. the minibar wasn't restocked . this.

ideal location comfy bed friendly staff organized taxis
the location proved ideal for exploring. i found bus stops very close. my room was beautifully decorated. the bed was very comfy. the staff were friendly and cute throughout my stay. they were happy to organise taxis.
i thought the room was small and there was very little space for my cloths.

my room was modern and very clean. the windows are well soundproofed. i did not hear any noise, even from the lift next to my room.

great location early check-in modern hotel small room loose door confusing switch
the location was great. i found shops and restaurants close by, especially near the arch. the hotel itself was modern, also very clean and presented well. i was given early check-in, and i was grateful for that after my long journey.
I paid extra for a corner room and it felt small. the sliding glass bathroom door was loose. Privacy was awkward. the electrical switches were also confusing to use. breakfast was not included in the price.

Satisfactory experience
The location is excellent. It is very easy to reach many attractions. Staff members were very friendly. The room was lovely.
I found breakfast required a 5-minute walk to another venue. This was inconvenient when the weather was not good. The air conditioning did not provide enough heat. The bathroom was quite cold.
