The location was convenient (I could walk to many attractions). The staff members were helpful. Breakfast featured plentiful options and fresh food.

location was a HUGE plus. i found the hotel in a VERY safe area. The staff was very patient. The front desk service were GREAT.

street noise limited view
the room was quite small (i guess it's a boutique hotel thing) and lacked proper soundproofing. street noise was noticeable, it made sleeping a bit of a challenge. also, the promised city view turned out to be more of a side street vista. not quite the panoramic experience i had envisioned.

central location immaculate rooms fresh towels strong wifi
shops and restaurants were easily accessible. the dedicated housekeeping team kept the rooms immaculate, providing fresh towels and replenishing amenities daily. the wifi connection was consistently strong throughout the hotel, a notable convenience.
i observed that some areas in the hallways was slightly worn, showing minor signs of age.

Enchanting Stay
friendly staff birthday cake great location
The staff surprised me with a lovely birthday cake. It was such a sweet touch, it made my day brighter. The rooms were immaculate, the beds were plush. Fluffy dressing gowns and towels were also a real treat. The hotel sits close to many nice restaurants and interesting shops.
The room felt a bit compact, I struggled to find room for all my luggage.

loud ac non-functioning rainshower
the breakfast buffet had good options.
The ac in my room was so loud and right next to the bed. It was almost impossible to sleep well. also, the rainshower feature didn't even work. i expected much better for the price i paid!!!
