street noisecold food
The room i booked, a superior double or twin room, felt smaller than expected. i found the noise from the street quite disruptive. The soundproofing wasn't great. also, , i noticed the hot food at breakfast wasn't as warm as i would have liked.. it was a bit disappointing. i did mention it, but it didn't seem to improve during the rest of my visit.

The staff gave a warm welcome with a glass of port and a Pastel de Nata, it was very kind! The location is central to many attractions, especially Rossio Square, I could walk everywhere easily.
The room was small, it barely had space to open my luggage completely. This made moving around a bit difficult.

i loved that the location was super central i could walk everywhere i wanted to go. the room was perfect and the shower was amazing the bathroom was large and well outfitted. the staff were friendly they remembered my name from previous emails it felt so cute.
the room was a little dark but it really was not that big of a deal.

I found the location convenient. i could step right out into the city center (it made exploring so easy). the hotel presented a clean, fresh look. It looked recently remodeled. i appreciated the cute gesture of a glass of port upon my arrival. the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist.
the room was a bit small, barely enough space to move around comfortably.
