central stay
main street friendly staff powerful air conditioning
the location was fantastic. it was on the main pedestrian street. the staff was friendly. you get city life, but the rooms are well soundproofed for sleep. i found the air conditioning powerful too.
i noticed the key card system sometimes required a few trips back to reception.

fantastic city center stay
convenient location friendly staff good gesture
i found the location convenient, right on the pedestrian street (it was easy to explore). the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the complimentary drinks tokens and pastel de natas, a good welcome gesture.
the shower door design let water easily escape onto the bathroom floor (it was a little inconvenient).

the staff were attentive to requests, offering assistance with directions and recommendations (very appreciated). their friendly attitude contributed positively to the overall atmosphere. they were efficient with luggage storage too.
