the location was fantastic. it was on the main pedestrian street. the staff was friendly. you get city life, but the rooms are well soundproofed for sleep. i found the air conditioning powerful too.
i noticed the key card system sometimes required a few trips back to reception.

i found the location convenient, right on the pedestrian street (it was easy to explore). the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the complimentary drinks tokens and pastel de natas, a good welcome gesture.
the shower door design let water easily escape onto the bathroom floor (it was a little inconvenient).

The location was great. Many shops and eateries were nearby.
The bathroom was a real problem. The shower leaked, flooding the floor every time I used it. The bath towels were of poor quality, and I even received torn towels during one of the changes. That was nasty.
