the room was clean. fresh towels arrived daily. breakfast offered many choices at the buffet. staff members were friendly and helpful. i found the location convenient with easy access to public transportation. a nearby supermarket and pharmacy provided added convenience.
the soundproofing was not very good. i could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

the included breakfast Was okay, it had good coffee.
the room was small i could barely turn around. the bathroom sliding door didn't fully close, it was awkward. wifi stopped working the last three days of my stay and the air conditioner broke the day before i left.

the hotel is ideally located with major bus routes just across the street. it is super convenient with the train and bus just outside the hotel, facilitating easy access to the city. plenty restaurants and shops are very close by.

The staff was very helpful and competent upon my arrival. ana and tiago were great at reception. They were very helpful, providing excellent assistance. the staff seemed always smiley and ready to help, what I found particularly good.

EXCELLENT Stay near the Metro!

The hotel has a prime spot RIGHT next to a metro station. This made getting around town SUPER easy. The staff helped with tour reservations. The breakfast included a HUGE variety of foods. i found the air conditioning worked great. the included fridge was also useful.
The window covering in my room DIDN'T block enough light. I had trouble sleeping well because of this. i hope they upgrade window treatments soon.
