good location art display lovely area delayed flight poor greeting dark room
the location was good. it was easy to reach many restaurants. i appreciated the art displayed throughout the hotel. the common areas were also lovely.
the greeting was not ideal. my flight was delayed and no one answered the door for several minutes. the host told me to relax instead of apologizing. the ground floor room was dark and simple.

the spacious room named 'double room panoramic view terrace' had a fantastic view. breakfast featured delicious baked goods. the location offered both seclusion and quiet, though parking was expensive. staff accommodated check-in and check-out requests.
the taxi could not directly access the restricted street, requiring a short walk with luggage.

The staff worked hard to ensure a perfect stay. The breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. The terrace with jacuzzi added to the experience. I enjoyed the special view from our terrace.

excellent central stay
homemade pastries attentive staff wonderful views
The staff was attentive. breakfast was ample and tasty. i liked the homemade pastries in the communal area. they also provided umbrellas, very handy during the rainy days. The terrace suite had wonderful views. i found the location charming and close to rossio.
the room lacked blackout curtains, so the room became bright very early.
