I adored the central location. Walking to the castle was easy, and a famous sandwich shop across the street became our daily delight. breakfast was AMAZING!!! it was one of the best hotel buffets i have ever experienced. the reception staff was lovely and helpful.
the street-facing room suffered from poor sound isolation, and the noise from traffic at night was pretty disrupting.

the hotel offered complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits throughout the day in the dining room, a lovely touch. the daily breakfast included fresh orange juice and a vibrant fruit salad. i found the breakfast options very reasonable and satisfying.

The location was near the castle and other places. Breakfast consisted of high quality food and tasty items. Tea and coffee were available all day I found out. The hotel offered cookies and pastry each day in the afternoon.
The street in front had heavy traffic of cars and trucks.

some issues detracted from the stay
faulty air conditioningno staff follow-up
The air conditioning barely worked. I kept fiddling with it. staff just suggested i change the mode again. also, there was this high-pitched noise early one morning. It lasted ages. i reported it, but never got any feedback from the staff.

The hotel location is excellent, close to public transport and various restaurants.
The safe in my room malfunctioned at 2 AM on the first night. It did get fixed the next day. Breakfast choices were limited, and one morning, I requested scrambled eggs but was told that someone had left to get eggs. On another day, I was informed that the oven was broken so eggs couldn't be prepared.
