helpful staff breakfast sandwich suite upgrade very nice value
The staff provided an amazing breakfast sandwich for my early flight, such a thoughtful gesture! they walked me to the elevator, such great service. i even got a suite upgrade without asking. It was a total surprise. the value was very nice, i felt super pampered, i will definitely stay again!
The room cleaning was a bit inconsistent. It happened later in the day, slightly inconvenient after a morning out.

The reception staff offered assistance with directions and provided prompt responses to requests. housekeeping ensured the room was clean, replenishing amenities daily. They were super fast. concierge services arranged transportation and provided helpful local recommendations.

the breakfast buffet featured a wide array of options like pastries and fresh fruit, yummy! coffee and tea service was readily available. there was a cool juice bar. restaurant staff were attentive, accommodating dietary requests, and very polite.

The room included a king-sized bed, lots of space for me, and a well-lit work area. climate control maintained a comfortable temperature. bathroom amenities featured high-quality toiletries. The shower had good water pressure and temperature control, that was very satisfying.

The staff were helpful. They proactively offered a breakfast sandwich for my early 7 AM flight. The hotel upgraded me to a suite without me asking (I booked a standard room for one night).

The breakfast buffet featured a wide selection. Hot drinks at breakfast sometimes took a while to be brought out. A coffee and tea machine could solve this issue (it is worth considering).

wonderful stay with excellent service
comfortable bed amazing view great pressure
i found the bed in the beautiful double room show view very comfortable. the floor-to-ceiling windows offered amazing views. the shower had great water pressure. i also appreciated the option for them to heat oat milk for me when i requested it at breakfast.
i requested a feather pillow using the in-room tablet, but it never arrived.

the breakfast included a varied choice of cooked and uncooked foods. sometimes the eggs were really good , but the staff always offered fresh ones if asked. a nice touch was the offer of heated oat milk.
