spacious layout comfortable bed modern bathroom
The room had a spacious layout. it featured a comfortable bed and a seating area. i also appreciated the modern bathroom that included separate amenities! the hotel location was advantageous. Several shops and cafes were within walking distance. the staff were responsive. Requests were handled quickly.
I found the gym equipment to be limited. There were only a few machines. i also had an issue with the air conditioning not working efficiently on one day.

friendly staff fresh towels great breakfast
The staff was very friendly (they helped with everything!). My room was cleaned each day and I received fresh towels. The location was ideal for tours. The breakfast was great and offered many choices.

the breakfast buffet had a great selection and was consistently replenished. the room i had was a standard double room and it was spacious and quiet. i found the location ideal, it was near several restaurants in a calm area.
the gym equipment seemed a bit old.

metro station helpful staff
the location near sao sebastiao metro station was convenient (it covers the airport and city center). i found gorgeous parks and good restaurants nearby. the staff was helpful and the communal areas were lovely.
the air conditioning did not work well. the room was hot, even with the air conditioning on. i struggled to sleep because of the temperature.

the hotel sits a short distance from the main centre. el corte inglés mall is only ten minutes away. the hotel is close to avenida da liberdade, so walking to the centre is manageable.
