The room was spacious with enough facilities.
The air conditioning was temperamental, a major inconvenience. I also found the location to be less than ideal. I did not feel secure walking around outside after dark.

The air conditioning worked very well. The room was tidy. And YES, I had enough space for all my things. The main area was a short walk away. A supermarket across the road proved very useful.

I appreciated the proximity to metro stations. It made getting around very easy. The hotel provided useful amenities such as slippers and a toothbrush kit. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the TV offered international channels. There was ample storage space available in the room.
The neighborhood did feel a little sketchy at night, made me a bit uneasy.

The staff was active and attentive, thinking of everything . They kept luggage safe. The team was very responsive when i needed assistance. They even ensured clean access to facilities after checkout. The customer service was really good.

The room size was adequate, and it was clean upon arrival. A mini bar was available, providing refreshment options. The bathroom was super clean and cozy, with good soundproofing. The bed and pillows ensured good rest.
