friendly staff high standard inconsistent service dated gym
The staff was quite friendly . i also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping team maintained a high standard throughout the hotel.
The room service was inconsistent. i ordered at 10 pm but was told it could not be delivered at 11 pm because they were too busy (this was disappointing). also, the gym was dated. The treadmills made a lot of noise.

the hotel breakfast was very good. i found the rooms clean with good service. i noticed the location was also favorable.
i reserved a room months in advance! upon arrival, the only room available contained twin beds.
