Acceptable stay, some issues observed
food selection welcome drink helpful staff terrace noise rooftop noise
The food selection at dinner was first class. The staff were helpful. I received a complimentary welcome drink. I appreciated this touch.
This created a lot of noise. It went on all day. I could not relax on the terrace because of this noise. I also heard it at the rooftop bar.

The staff was cute and very friendly. The concierge team was helpful, especially Betty. She provided great ideas for activities and restaurants. excellent recommendations. Champagne and strawberries greeted us in our room (a lovely welcome!).
I wish I had known, as relaxing on the terrace was impossible.

The food at the hotel was really good. Dinner at the Bistro4 was delicious and seemed like very nice value. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order eggs, satisfying many tastes. I enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice each morning.

The hotel has a rooftop jacuzzi and sunbeds. It's perfect. The bars, downstairs and on the rooftop, had excellent staff and reasonably priced drinks. I also noticed a spa offering treatments, including massages, for an additional cost.

Wonderful City Stay
city view separate tub easy access
My room had a city view I found this quite enjoyable. The bathroom included both a separate tub and a shower. The location allowed easy access to many shops and restaurants.
The minibar prices were a bit higher than expected, but I still enjoyed the convenience.

The hotel gym had three treadmills two stationary bikes and a set of free weights. The rooftop pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. There were also changing rooms adjacent to the pool.

indifferent service exorbitant minibar
The rooftop bar was a bit of a letdown, i must say. it was never really buzzing. finding a spot seemed like searching for water in the desert, and the service seemed a bit indifferent. I suspect they were short-staffed. also, the minibar prices felt more like robbery than refreshment. I think a bottle of water shouldn't cost more than a decent bottle of wine.
