repeat stay highly probable
fresh towels convenient location
the cleaning service was very good i noticed fresh towels was daily. the beds offered comfort. the location proved quite convenient with many dining options located nearby. i appreciated the bus stop for city center access just a short walk away.

the breakfast had many options. i saw a wide array of choices. i saw hot food, including bacon, eggs, sausages and beans, also there were cold meats, cheeses, fruits, cereal, yoghurt and pastries.

the hotel bar had a pleasant atmosphere and offered good service. i observed the lobby had a cute area. cleanliness was consistent throughout the hotel , and i saw staff maintaining the premises regularly.

easy access nearby subway limited stock stuffy room
the location provided easy access to the metro i enjoyed the convenience of the nearby subway station the staff was cheerful they were always ready to assist with directions or recommendations
the air conditioning was turned off due to it being off-peak season the room felt stuffy and warm the bar had limited stock of the beer on promotion this was disappointing especially during happy hour

excellent location helpful staff warm air dehydrated guest
The hotel is in a GREAT location. It is close to shops and tourist attractions. The staff are VERY helpful. This is great.
The room AC wasn't working. It would only blow warm air. The room became VERY warm. We woke up dehydrated.

Solid Stay Near Marquês de Pombal
convenient location adequately sized room excellent service good breakfast
The location proved convenient. The square and metro station were only a short walk. The room I stayed in was adequately sized and included expected amenities. The service from the hotel staff was excellent throughout my stay. Breakfast was also very good. I found a satisfying selection each morning.
The tv remote did not function optimally. I needed to manually change channels.

adequate stay, but some issues
ineffective air conditioning bothersome outside noise
the room lacked proper climate control. the air conditioning was not effective, a significant issue . i found the noise from outside quite bothersome, especially at night (it was hard to sleep well). the combination of these factors affected the overall comfort.

clean room good shower walkable eateries helpful staff
The room was very clean. The shower pressure was GOOD. I found many places to eat near the hotel, all within easy walking distance. The staff was friendly and eager to help, even with luggage.
The bar service was a little slow during peak hours.

large room buffet breakfast
the superior twin room was spacious. i found the walk-in shower convenient. daily complimentary water was provided. breakfast included a satisfactory buffet.
The hotel does not have an open restaurant in the evening. I did find this out upon arrival.
