great location friendly staff lovely garden
i loved the airport transfer service. communication was good too. breakfast was fantastic! the garden terrace was lovely. i enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks. the room was quiet.

generally positive, but some issues
friendly staff live pianist comfortable room loud music no refrigerator poor value
the pickup service i arranged was very convenient. bruno helped me with my bags and told me about the area. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the building had flowers and art. the room was modern and comfortable. breakfast offered a buffet in multiple rooms. there was even a live pianist.
loud music was a problem, as were noisy guests in the common room. i found there was no refrigerator in the room. i think it was poor value for money. i could hear the shower in the room above me dripping for a long time.

I received a room upgrade prior to arrival. This was FANTASTIC!!! The staff greeted me warmly. Breakfast offered a lot of choices. The room included fresh water daily and a coffee machine!!!

amazing vibe helpful staff
The hotel is near the metro. This helped me a lot. the decor had an amazing vibe. breakfast was very nice (especially the pastries!). the staff was very helpful. the master suite offered ample space.
there was no elevator, so i had to use the stairs.

charming stay near everything
central location helpful staff surprise wine
i found the location very central. the hotel staff welcomed me warmly and helped with my luggage (a welcome touch!). i really enjoyed the free wine bar, it was a nice surprise, the breakfast was special, unlike in most hotels.
the room was very small and there wasn't a real curtain, just a piece of fabric that did not block the light.
