the hotel's location was very convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the metro line was also very close, just seconds away. the staff were nice, and the room was generally clean. the room included a tv and ac, essential for my comfort.
the room i stayed in was rather small. it was not ideal for unpacking luggage comfortably.

the building includes an elevator for easy access. i found this feature particularly helpful with luggage. there is also 24/7 access with a code provided for the main door.

The room was really sunny. It has enough space and a great balcony. The AC keeps the room fresh and nice. The staff was helpful.
The room was not very clean. I saw stains and hair on the bed linen. There was yellow drops on the toilet. I did not like the dirty walls and smell in the room.

The room was spacious and clean. A functional air-conditioner was available. A microwave oven stood next to reception. This was convenient. Staff stored our luggage before and after our stay, so we could explore freely.
The shower in one bathroom backed up. This was slightly inconvenient.

the staff were very attentive. they allowed us to keep our luggage both before check-in and after check-out! the staff even delivered the luggage directly to our room, a lovely surprise. the location had fantastic cafes nearby!
the refillable water bottle in the room carried a charge if used. i found that odd since it felt a bit unwelcoming to charge for a refillable bottle.
