superb location accessible trams polite concierge absent air conditioning missing smart tv inadequate solution
the location was superb. trams were easily accessible. i also found the breakfast one of the best ever. the concierge service was polite and helpful, i could not have asked for more!
the room did not have air conditioning. it also lacked a smart tv. i called them and all they could do was send a fan. i found this disappointing.

excellent room exemplary bathroom
I stayed in room 3128 and it was excellent. the bathroom was also exemplary. I appreciated this a lot.
the elevators were not always working, so i had to wait longer than expected at times.

i appreciated the breakfast buffet. the variety of foods made for a great start to the day. the location was ideal near the center. transportation via tram was very accessible.
the elevator was sometimes a bit crowded during peak hours.

peeling wallpaper dirty grout
i found a couple of things lacking . the room, while decent, had some noticeable wear and tear. the wallpaper was peeling in a few spots, and the bathroom grout looked quite dirty (i wasn't thrilled about that). i expected a bit more attention to detail for the price point.

central location friendly staff ample equipment free water
The hotel's central location near attractions was convenient. The check-in staff was friendly. I appreciated the gym, it featured a good selection of equipment. Complimentary water bottles were supplied each day.
The elevators were sometimes slow, making it slightly inconvenient to reach higher floors quickly.

the breakfast had great variety. the location allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff responded quickly to requests i made.
the room i had was smaller than expected for the price i paid. the noise from the street was noticeable, especially at night. the check-in process took longer than it should have (it was a bit disorganized).

friendly welcome great brand separate toilet
The staff offered an friendly welcome. I was impressed by the selection of toiletries offered.. the brand was great. Our room had a view, and it was worth the money. The shower and toilet were separate. I really liked that.
