The staff took care of our bags when we arrived early, great to explore the city hassle-free. A tram stop is conveniently located just a short walk from the hotel, about two minutes away. The zoo nearby created lovely morning noises. The room size suited our needs well, particularly since we primarily used it for sleeping.

My room was on the ground floor. I was woken up early by the sound of laundry being collected and delivered. The truck and metal cages were noisy right outside.

decent stay near the zoo

polite staff superb service missing air conditioner limited air

I found the staff very nice, polite and accommodating. customer service seemed superb. our room was clean and tidy. Housekeeping did a good job.

The room was nice at first sight, but there was no air conditioner. i couldn't open the whole window, so fresh air was limited. i wanted a room with a balcony, but no room has one.

Excellent Hotel Experience

early arrival fantastic location

They stored my bags when I arrived early and allowed me to relax in the bar. They expedited my check-in process. The location was fantastic, near the tram, cafes, and restaurants.

The bathroom lighting was almost nonexistent. I spoke to the staff, and they said others had complained. The issue was not fixed , and it impacted my comfort.

Quiet Stay Near the Zoo

The hotel is located in a green district, which I found very peaceful. I heard flamingo sounds from the nearby zoo. My mattress was comfortable. The room had a coffee machine with supplies that were replenished daily.

The room was quite small. It had just enough space for my luggage, difficult.

i stayed for several nights and found the location convenient, very close to public transport. the staff at the front desk were helpful with directions. i appreciated the coffee machine and tea selection in the room. the breakfast had a good assortment of items like cheese, meat, and yogurt.

the bathroom lighting was a bit dim, hard to see well.
