the room had a decent-sized window providing good natural light. the hotel's location near the tram made accessing the central station easy (it only took about 15 minutes). the reception area seemed cute.
the bathroom felt quite small.

I found the staff very nice, polite and accommodating. customer service seemed superb. our room was clean and tidy. Housekeeping did a good job.
The room was nice at first sight, but there was no air conditioner. i couldn't open the whole window, so fresh air was limited. i wanted a room with a balcony, but no room has one.

Excellent Hotel Experience

They stored my bags when I arrived early and allowed me to relax in the bar. They expedited my check-in process. The location was fantastic, near the tram, cafes, and restaurants.
The bathroom lighting was almost nonexistent. I spoke to the staff, and they said others had complained. The issue was not fixed , and it impacted my comfort.

The hotel is located in a green district, which I found very peaceful. I heard flamingo sounds from the nearby zoo. My mattress was comfortable. The room had a coffee machine with supplies that were replenished daily.
The room was quite small. It had just enough space for my luggage, difficult.

i stayed for several nights and found the location convenient, very close to public transport. the staff at the front desk were helpful with directions. i appreciated the coffee machine and tea selection in the room. the breakfast had a good assortment of items like cheese, meat, and yogurt.
the bathroom lighting was a bit dim, hard to see well.
