really good stay near centraal
warm cookie attentive service
I received a warm cookie during check-in. it was a kind gesture. the room was spacious. customer service was attentive. joop, the concierge, helped ship a bag back to the states. He were really good. the location is close to the central station and a supermarket.

The hotel offers a skybar with great views. breakfast has many options, including a pleasant surprise of congee. This impressed me. there is also a snack kiosk, a convenient option for quick bites.

staff members were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. they greeted me happily. i received assistance promptly when needed. the staff was very joyful, which enhanced my overall experience at this location.

The room was very tidy. the view looked out over the canal, a really lovely sight. black-out curtains did not close fully. the room was quiet and provided what was expected. i loved our room.

great location helpful staff room cleanliness long queue
the location IS superb. it's close to the central train station. the staff were lovely and so helpful with everything i needed.
the rooms were sadly not very clean. i also had to queue to check out for almost 20 minutes. i find it quite annoying.

Acceptable stay near the station
great location friendly staff spartan room bad service
I loved the location, it is very close to the train station. The staff in the reception area acted very friendly. They welcomed me in a great way. The breakfast selection amazed me.
The room was quite spartan. The food in the restaurant was so-so. I found the indian curry chicken on the menu pretty horrendous. The service was not good. I arrived around 1 PM and I was asked to pay extra if I wanted to check in earlier than 3 PM. That seemed unfair. I had to pay to access the room earlier.
