The staff were very polite and ready to help. i appreciated being within walking distance of the train and bus stations. I only needed the bus once during my three-day visit!
The hotel entrance had more than ten steps. It was difficult to manage my luggage, especially in the rain. there was no one available to assist with my bags at check-in or check-out.

The room had ample space, ensuring i could comfortably move around, though it was simple. a double bed was provided. It had clean linens and firm support. the bathroom had essential toiletries. A good showerhead offered consistent water pressure.

i adored the friendly staff i met their kindness was heartwarming. breakfast included a large variety of fresh food it was good. the hotel's central location provided convenient access to explore the city i found the connections quite easy.
the rooms felt somewhat outdated and lacked bedside plug sockets it was a minor inconvenience.
