the staff was helpful i needed assistance with directions and they provided clear guidance the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation i found the design of the room to be unique and nice. i also appreciated the complimentary amenities such as water and coffee.
the street noise was noticeable at times especially during peak hours soundproofing could be improved.

I LOVED the complimentary minibar with soft drinks. It was a VERY welcome treat. The location was great as it was close to public transport. I appreciated the friendly staff. They were always at hand.
The room was small. Mirrors did not help with the small space. There was no privacy to use the bathroom, THE door is half glass and open at the top.

the staff was really helpful. the breakfast had many options. i liked that the location was near a metro stop. it made travel easy. i also appreciated the blackout curtains. they effectively blocked light.
the door to the bathroom did not close tightly. i could smell unpleasant odors. also, the room wasn't large. it felt a bit cramped. the bed stared at the toilet and shower, which i didn't like. there was no privacy to use the bathroom.
