i found the staff very professional and helpful, the welcome was warm. my room had a well-stocked fridge. the hotel gave me a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine. i really appreciated the location close to avenida da liberdade.
the rooftop pool rules were a little restrictive. i did find that food was forbidden at the rooftop pool.

i found the staff kind they were always ready to assist with anything i needed this attentiveness created a feeling of being cared for the jazz concert added an element of surprise the music filled the air with a beautiful melody. it was an lovely evening.
i noticed the absence of soundproofing particularly in the windows street noises disrupted sleep at times this intrusion affected the overall experience of quiet retreat the occurrence of an odd smell from the bathroom detracted from the pristine state of the space.
