great location, lovely room
warm welcome red wine stocked fridge helpful staff
i found the staff very professional and helpful, the welcome was warm. my room had a well-stocked fridge. the hotel gave me a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine. i really appreciated the location close to avenida da liberdade.
the rooftop pool rules were a little restrictive. i did find that food was forbidden at the rooftop pool.

the hotel features a library downstairs. a rooftop pool is available to guests. i saw an honesty bar stocked with beverages and snacks. there are coffee table books to read in common areas.

the hotel location is excellent. it is close to the city's attractions. public transport is easily accessible. the neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beautiful and quiet. it's a very nice district.

tender moments
kind staff beautiful melody
i found the staff kind they were always ready to assist with anything i needed this attentiveness created a feeling of being cared for the jazz concert added an element of surprise the music filled the air with a beautiful melody. it was an lovely evening.
i noticed the absence of soundproofing particularly in the windows street noises disrupted sleep at times this intrusion affected the overall experience of quiet retreat the occurrence of an odd smell from the bathroom detracted from the pristine state of the space.

the hotel location allowed easy walks to many sites that surround the general area the design in the interior was amazing i loved the bar and rooftop areas the pool added a nice touch.

every staff member was friendly and helpful from restaurant personnel to those at reception miguel offered excellent help with dinner reservations their recommendations improved my visits to several local restaurants making those moments more enjoyable.

the staff were kind. they were very helpful as well. the hotel is beautiful! super cozy environment came with an amazing decor.
The room fell short of expectations. it lacked storage space with only one slim cupboard. the window was small. I seemed like i was staying in an attic.

the hotel provided complimentary wine it was a nice touch. the rooftop terrace features a cozy swimming pool. i noticed exotic plants surrounding the pool area. the staff was friendly and cute upon arrival.
the street outside was occasionally noisy early in the morning.

friendly welcome great extras weird smell bad condition
the front office provided a very friendly welcome. they offered us great extras. the bar area seemed super cool and fun for enjoying a drink.
The room had a weird smell. the overall condition of the room was bad. the tv remote did not work properly. It did not meet my expectations for a hotel of its rating.

the location was acceptable with easy access to nearby attractions
the bathroom felt cramped and underwhelming the towels looked worn and stained i asked for replacements but the new ones were no better there was also an unpleasing smell coming from the wardrobe
