central location friendly staff wide array small elevator street noise limited space
The location was indeed central. It made exploring the area very easy. The staff provided friendly assistance. They were always available! Breakfast offered a wide array of choices.
The elevator proved small. It barely fit two people. My room faced the street. Noise was a recurring issue. The room size was rather small. Luggage space was limited.

the location was good and the room was clean. the bed was comfortable enough
I wasn't happy that the elevator was so small. Only two people fit. also, the walls seemed thin. I heard everything. the room felt cramped and the air conditioning barely worked

Charming Stay Near Santa Justa!
central location fresh options helpful staff
The location was superb. Right next to the Santa Justa Elevator. Breakfast offered a good variety of tasty, fresh options. I particularly appreciated the helpful staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything was very well maintained!
The room walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

good shower breakfast variety
My room had many amenities. A good shower also was included. Breakfast offered a good variety. The staff was solicitous and attentive to my needs. They even prepared some breakfast items for me as I had an early departure.
The elevator can feel very small. It only fits two people at a time.
