the hotel room was very clean and quite spacious. a good set of amenities were available. i received nice cute and farewell gifts. first and last impressions do count.

breakfast options were quite good, although there is some room for improvement on the savoury side.

great water subway station

the location was excellent , about 6 feet from the subway station. it was also only 10 feet from main bus lines. it made getting around easy. the shower had great water pressure.

i found the rooftop deck a little too small.

the reception area was clean and cute upon arrival. i was greeted by two lovely ladies who facilitated an early check-in since my room was ready. i received a lovely gesture for my birthday that included some cake and a bowl of grapes with a lovely message.

the location is AMAZING!!! it's right next to the subway station and main bus lines, so getting around was easy. i got upgraded to a beautiful double or twin room city view. the staff was super kind and helpful!

I thought the rooftop deck was a bit small. there were multiple seats, leaving hardly any space to stand or walk. the pool was just ok. It was very cold!

convenient location spacious room excellent shower friendly staff

The location is convenient as it stands very close to public transport. The room itself was notably spacious, a detail i appreciated. I was quite pleased with the excellent water pressure in the shower. It really made a difference. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooftop deck was somewhat small, particularly with the seating arrangement. This made it slightly difficult to navigate and enjoy the space fully. I wished the pool area was bigger.
