totally fantastic stay!
friendly staff numerous options luggage scale
i really liked how the staff was super friendly. the front desk folks were always smiling! the breakfast had so many options from pastries to eggs, i loved that there was a luggage scale so we could weigh our bags before heading to the airport, yay!
the wifi was a bit weak, it made it hard to complete some work tasks.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
The breakfast offered a good selection of items to choose from each morning.
The room's air conditioning did not function effectively. The temperature remained uncomfortably warm despite adjustments. This impacted sleep quality considerably. I expected better climate control for the cost.

king suite responsive staff fresh fruit
The room felt massive, specifically the king suite! it was super convenient to have a table plus chairs, giving loads of space for luggage, i tell you. the staff answered requests quickly. I asked for extra towels and got them fast! breakfast offered so many choices. I really loved the fresh fruit.

I liked the rooftop pool, the view was good. The staff gave travel information. Breakfast had fresh fruit, i liked that. The location felt safe, nice.
The parking garage was a little tight. It was difficult to find parking at the end of the day. I did not like that

swift staff smooth check-in clean facilities easy access
The reception staff were swift. with all requests for taxi service. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Facilities were clean too! The hotel is also close to main roads. this access makes getting to other parts of the city easy.
The hotel's interior is a LITTLE older.

i found the rooftop terrace just lovely, and the pool was fine to cool off in. the bar was also really nice. i liked that i could order an omelet for breakfast, and i could get ice from the bar.
