convenient stay near alameda metro
metro station rooftop terrace helpful staff
i found the location convenient. the metro station being right next to the hotel entrance was a major plus for getting around. the rooftop terrace gave amazing city views (especially at night!). i really liked the staff, they were very helpful with directions.
the gym was a bit small, it only had a few machines.

breakfast was on the rooftop, providing excellent views with my morning coffee. a good variety of options were available, including pastries and fresh fruit. the coffee machine made a decent latte (great for early starts).

the reception staff helped me a lot with directions around the city. they also offered luggage storage, really useful since my flight was late. the rooftop bar staff were also very kind and efficient.

my room was a double room and it was quite spacious. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries. the bed was firm and comfortable and i slept well each night after exploring the city.

tasty breakfast helpful staff convenient location
i really appreciated the tasty breakfast choices available. the daytime counter staff member, fernando, was very helpful. he was also friendly. the hotel location near alameda metro was useful.
i thought the walls were very thin, so i could hear noise from other rooms.

mixed feelings about this stay
dated decor inadequate soundproofing
the location proved convenient due to the proximity to the metro. breakfast was acceptable.
The room i received was quite dated, the decor looked worn (especially the bathroom fixtures). the soundproofing was inadequate. I could clearly hear conversations in adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax.

I found the location convenient, with the metro station just outside. The breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning. The rooftop terrace had amazing views. The staff was pleasant and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions.
The room decor seemed a bit dated. It could use a little updating to feel more modern.

The location proved convenient next to the Alameda Metro Station. I easily accessed the airport and various city attractions. The breakfast buffet offered diverse options on the rooftop bar overlooking the city.
The elevator was quite small accommodating only two people at a time
