clean room kind staff good location
the room was very clean. staff was kind. location was good with supermarkets nearby. there was a cute tray of coffee and pastry when i arrived in my room.
the room faced the street and was a little noisy.

The staff was really kind and helpful! i even got a free upgrade to a suite. the room was clean and looked beautiful, especially the star light on the ceiling. It was very nice.
The hotel is a bit outside the central area but public transportation is close. the rooms are a bit small, and the bed felt hard. It was uncomfortable. the air conditioner location made it hard to cool down the room!

Excellent Stay with Thoughtful Touches
friendly staff quality towels
The staff was friendly and helpful. I received all necessary information before arrival, and they responded quickly to messages. They arranged a reliable taxi to the airport for me. New bedsheets and quality towels were in my room. I was also delighted to find high-quality local soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
I could feel the metro passing under the hotel, which shook the pictures on the wall. It also disturbed my sleep a little. This could be a real problem for some travelers.

The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with small details. Star lights are on the ceiling and I enjoyed the very effective window blinds for darkening the room. I noticed that the hotel is well connected with metro and bus lines.

The check-in process was easy. Check-out was also very easy. The guesthouse is close to the metro station. I found many bars and restaurants are nearby.

The staff offered lemon mint water and cookies in the reception area. A welcome surprise of pasteis was in my room upon arrival. The hotel also offers a quick breakfast spot next door. The pasteis were AMAZING!!!

I found the staff helpful. They provided great recommendations. I used the kitchen and loved it. The garden was superb. It was quiet, and it featured many seating options.
The street nearby did not seem very nice.

The garden offered a very relaxing space. My room was cozy and very clean. The staff was very friendly. They welcomed me with information to start my trip.
The hotel does not have a lift, a little difficult with my luggage.

I was welcomed by a complimentary tray with coffee, tea, and a pastel de nata. The hotel also provided great restaurant recommendations. I found warm hospitality at the restaurant they recommended.

superb
best location friendly staff relaxing bath nearby cafe
this guesthouse had the best location. it was close to everything i needed. the room has a bath so i relax after walking. the staff was communicative and really friendly. the cafe nearby has breakfast i enjoyed.
one minor thing, the bed was a bit firm for my taste. it did not ruin my stay, but i noticed it.

my room included air conditioning for climate control. soundproofing. it has complimentary toiletries were provided in the bathroom, with fresh towels everyday. i find the room spacious and bright.

the hotel features a shared kitchen, so guests prepare meals. also it has a garden, where i spent time reading. free wifi is available throughout the guesthouse, it allow me stay connected.

the staff helped me with luggage storage, this was useful. also they offer daily housekeeping. the reception operates 24 hours, so they helped me at any time. they was communicative and friendly.
