The staff was really kind and helpful! i even got a free upgrade to a suite. the room was clean and looked beautiful, especially the star light on the ceiling. It was very nice.
The hotel is a bit outside the central area but public transportation is close. the rooms are a bit small, and the bed felt hard. It was uncomfortable. the air conditioner location made it hard to cool down the room!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I received all necessary information before arrival, and they responded quickly to messages. They arranged a reliable taxi to the airport for me. New bedsheets and quality towels were in my room. I was also delighted to find high-quality local soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
I could feel the metro passing under the hotel, which shook the pictures on the wall. It also disturbed my sleep a little. This could be a real problem for some travelers.

The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with small details. Star lights are on the ceiling and I enjoyed the very effective window blinds for darkening the room. I noticed that the hotel is well connected with metro and bus lines.

The check-in process was easy. Check-out was also very easy. The guesthouse is close to the metro station. I found many bars and restaurants are nearby.

The staff offered lemon mint water and cookies in the reception area. A welcome surprise of pasteis was in my room upon arrival. The hotel also offers a quick breakfast spot next door. The pasteis were AMAZING!!!

I found the staff helpful. They provided great recommendations. I used the kitchen and loved it. The garden was superb. It was quiet, and it featured many seating options.
The street nearby did not seem very nice.

The garden offered a very relaxing space. My room was cozy and very clean. The staff was very friendly. They welcomed me with information to start my trip.
The hotel does not have a lift, a little difficult with my luggage.

this guesthouse had the best location. it was close to everything i needed. the room has a bath so i relax after walking. the staff was communicative and really friendly. the cafe nearby has breakfast i enjoyed.
one minor thing, the bed was a bit firm for my taste. it did not ruin my stay, but i noticed it.
