excessive noise noisy cleaner
The location was convenient, with the metro right there.
The noise was excessive. I could hear other guests coming and going loudly at all hours. I also heard cleaners being noisy all day long.

sneakers issue careless explanation
The location was acceptable, though the breakfast food choices were plentiful.
My stay had a major issue on the last day. After I switched rooms, I left my Asics Nimbus 26 sneakers (200 euros) in the previous room! I alerted the reception, and they said it would be resolved the next day. even while still at the hotel, I was told the sneakers were thrown away. The explanation sounds careless! There was no compensation or any real effort to fix the problem, just empty apologies.

the buffet for supper had good food. the bar was lovely and provided a relaxing atmosphere.
