The staff were cute and friendly. I appreciated the very nice bathroom and shower.
The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. WE woke up with neck pain. The air-condition funnel WAS always noisy and there was no ventilation unless I left the lights on.

i was happy to find the staff helpful, particularly with early room access. the room had adequate space for me as a solo traveler. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to saldanha station, a key interchange for easy subway transit.
the open shower design caused water spillage, a minor inconvenience.

The team demonstrated consistent support and kindness. Front desk employees were very accommodating. i received ice at the bar for a knee injury each evening, which i found considerate. How very kind.

i stayed in a renovated superior double room. it was spacious! the lidl across the street was super handy for snacks, i loved that. the double window kept the room wonderfully quiet, even facing a busy road. i slept so well.
The air conditioning really didn't work that great. It got a little warm at night.
