nice bathroom friendly staff noisy air-condition uncomfortable mattress
The staff were cute and friendly. I appreciated the very nice bathroom and shower.
The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. WE woke up with neck pain. The air-condition funnel WAS always noisy and there was no ventilation unless I left the lights on.

helpful staff early access subway transit
i was happy to find the staff helpful, particularly with early room access. the room had adequate space for me as a solo traveler. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to saldanha station, a key interchange for easy subway transit.
the open shower design caused water spillage, a minor inconvenience.

The team demonstrated consistent support and kindness. Front desk employees were very accommodating. i received ice at the bar for a knee injury each evening, which i found considerate. How very kind.

A supermarket is located directly across from the hotel. This was very convenient for quick needs. the location provides convenient access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops for dining and everyday essentials. i felt at home.

superior double room busy road double window
i stayed in a renovated superior double room. it was spacious! the lidl across the street was super handy for snacks, i loved that. the double window kept the room wonderfully quiet, even facing a busy road. i slept so well.
The air conditioning really didn't work that great. It got a little warm at night.

My renovated standard twin room had comfortable beds and new furnishings. Breakfast included fresh orange juice and diverse options. Its location near the metro allowed easy city access.
