cash depositcigarette smell
The hotel required a €100 cash damage deposit. i found this inconvenient. Having that amount tied up in euros wasn't ideal right before leaving the eu. also, while a non-smoking policy was claimed, there was a noticeable cigarette smell on the first floor and in the elevator. the ice situation was also not great. There was only one ice tray in the freezer, and it was empty upon my arrival! it was not a good start.

The location was good. The garden and pool area were cozy. There was someone at the reception 24 hours a day, and the staff was very helpful.
The apartment we stayed in had nowhere comfortable to sit! other than two very uncomfortable upright heavy chairs. This was very dusty and noisy.
