lovely hotel stay

convenient supermarket easy access great shower spacious room

i found a supermarket across the street it was convenient. taxis and ubers were easily accessible from the hotel. the shower was great it had good pressure. the room was eco friendly it featured a spacious design.

i noticed limited hanging storage in the bedroom there were shelves instead of drawers

the hotel location is convenient. it is in a good area and a supermarket is nearby. the staff was friendly and professional. my room was nice and comfortable.

the hanging storage in the bedroom felt very limited. there were shelves instead of drawers. ironing facilities were not available in the room. i requested my laundry be ironed but this was not done.

i found the front desk staff very polite. the room was relatively clean, including the bedding. the hotel's location near a metro station made accessing the city center easy (it was like easy!).

the windows didn't block sound well, so i could hear outside noises sometimes.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

clogged shower drain water shortage

The room was clean and met my basic expectations for space.

The shower drain was completely clogged I had to cut my showers short to prevent the bathroom from flooding. The hotel ran out of water in the evening there was none available in the lobby. My son had to find a store late at night to buy water and this was quite inconvenient. it felt overpriced considering these issues

charming stay in a super location

grocery store quiet neighborhood

i found a handy grocery store across the street. the neighborhood felt quiet, not gritty. the metro station was a quick five-minute walk away. bus stops nearby provided easy access to attractions. i was surprised the room was really clean and spacious.

i had to pay extra to park elsewhere. this was an unexpected cost, and created a little inconvenience.

the reception staff were both helpful and very nice. i was given fresh towels after my day exploring. one staff member was super nice, really making me feel welcomed, and the excellent housekeeping tidied up even late in the day.

metro station convenient location helpful staff reliable wifi limited ironing lack of soundproofing thin walls disrupted sleep

the hotel was close to a metro station. it was also across from a supermarket. the staff were courteous and helpful at all times. THE wifi worked without issue.

my room did not include ironing facilities. i had to request an ironing board. the walls did not seem soundproof. it was sometimes hard to sleep because of outside noise.
