the location was fantastic (right on pink street!), close to everything. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. i could store my luggage safely after checking out, a very useful service.
the noise from the street at night was noticeable, even with the windows closed. it continued until the early morning hours.

The location proved convenient, placing me close to attractions.
This was difficult after a long day. The bathroom design also presented a problem because the toilet lacked a proper door, offering minimal privacy.

the hotel boasts exposed beams that gave it a rustic feel. i found it clean and well-kept. its central location near cais do sodré meant transport links were super convenient. the room included free water which i thought was a total bonus!
the noise from the street was a little loud late at night.

the staff was nice and friendly. they holded our luggage when we arrived early, it allowed we to explore the city easier. it was grateful for that. we also got checked in earlier than our time slot and i get some rest.
in the staircase the railings were not secured. we wanted to go out to the balcony, but the door was broken, so i decided not to open it.
