central location welcome drink
I found the location very central. It was convenient for exploring. the welcome drink of red wine was a lovely touch and seemed of high quality.
I noticed a slight drain odor in the bathroom shower. I kept the shower door closed.

Excellent stay!
boutique hotel spacious room comfortable bed
This beautiful boutique hotel features only four rooms PER floor. The location is AMAZING. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. you are close to the major highlights. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was beautiful (a real highlight!). The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. I slept so well each night.
The room lacked enough space for luggage. Only one luggage rack was available.

The hotel features a restaurant that offers excellent food and a great selection of wine. The prices are reasonable considering the quality. A transfer service to the airport is available. Also a welcome drink is served on arrival.

Breakfast includes plenty of nice food choices, with freshly cooked options available upon request (the buffet is REALLY good). The in-house restaurant offers some of the best food. Don't miss the chance to eat there. I enjoyed sampling wine and port .

The hotel is centrally located close to many interesting areas, including Alfama, Bairro Alto, and Chaido. Its location in Baixa places it within easy walking distance of the Baixa riverfront area. EVERYTHING felt very accessible. Being close to many restaurants and bars makes exploring easy.

The rooms feature modern conveniences, including wifi and a modern bath. My 5th-floor room had glass double French doors, offering views of the street life below. The room was quiet, and the bedding felt luxurious. It was all very relaxing.

The staff are all nice and cute. The reception desk is staffed throughout the stay, and the team can arrange taxi service. Also restaurant recommendations were provided. reservations were accommodated.

complimentary wine helpful directions tranquil space
I received a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, a very nice touch. the staff provided helpful directions to local sites. I found this assistance invaluable. the inner courtyard offered a tranquil space to relax (i did enjoy it with my wine).
the shower in my room lacked a door, resulting in water splashing onto the floor.

the staff were very attentive and eager to help with directions. i was greeted with a latte while i waited for my room. they stored my luggage with care before check-in and after check-out.
