The staff were very helpful, opening the door upon arrival. All of them were both polite and very informative! i liked the very clean lobby and rooms. the buffet breakfast was very good and easy to navigate.
The lighting in my room was challenging, i couldn't figure out how to turn off the light in the closet. i had to close the door to the closet completely, leaving the bathroom door open, awkward for nighttime bathroom trips. the refrigerator also made loud clicking sounds. It sounded like someone was knocking on my door all night.

The room included a round bathtub. the room also had two separate sinks. there were two rooms and two lavatories in the suite. This helped streamline getting ready in the mornings.

Cars were able to get into the street easily. This made pick-up and drop-off convenient. luxury shopping was within walkable distance. many restaurants are also within walking distance from the hotel.

The restaurant offered an amazing breakfast! i enjoyed the attentiveness of the restaurant staff. dinner was really good. I especially enjoyed the presentation of the dishes.

the room wasn't ready when i arrived. the staff acted like it wasn't a big deal. it was way past check-in time. terrible experience. i expected more from a hotel like this.

I found the design a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy comfort. This. i appreciated the location allowing easy access to local attractions. the beds were comfortable, giving me perfect sleep. staff showed friendliness making my stay very smooth.
