helpful staff convenient location poor sound isolation street noise
The staff was helpful and friendly (they even helped me with directions!). The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation.
The sound isolation was poor. I could hear noise from the street and other rooms (it was a little disruptive).

awesome staff super clean room fresh towels
the staff at reception rocks, like seriously! they helped me find awesome local spots and were always smiling. the room was super clean, i mean super clean! fresh towels showed up every day which i loved.
the room needed a mini fridge, a total bummer for keeping drinks cold!

The location was acceptable. It Was easy to find.
The room was too small for me. there was no microwave AVAILABLE, which i find unacceptable. i also noted there was no coffee. I expected more.

an okay stay but with some issues
small room cold water
the location was good and near some stores i wanted to visit.
my room was too small, especially for the price i payed. there was no place to put my luggage, it sat near the door. the bathroom faucet only had cold water, i expected hot water was available.

clean room stocked vending machine functional air conditioning
the room was clean when i arrived. the vending machine on the ground floor was stocked and functional (always a plus for late-night cravings). the air conditioning worked well, important for a comfortable sleep. the bed was quite comfortable too.
i found the sound insulation lacking, as i could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

i appreciated the location for its walkability to many spots. nearby shops are open all hours. the friendly staff were always available.
the room lacked a refrigerator. this was a little inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks.
