a decent hotel with some minor issues

the staff was helpful and kind, i thought. the room was big, and they offer water every day. the breakfast had diverse options, its next to the metro too.
you can hear everything from one room to the other, sadly. the rooms is very small, i think, and they have limited amenities, its true.

excellent stay NEAR THE METRO
easy access helpful staff
The location was perfect for ME. access to the metro was simple, and i could quickly reach different parts of the city. the staff were helpful. They provided prompt assistance when i asked for directions and recommendations. i found the room quiet. Soundproofing kept outside noise to a minimum.
the in-room coffee capsules were not replenished . i had to request more from the front desk, and it took some time. for a four-star experience, i expected automatic replenishment.

the breakfast offered various options, and fresh fruit was available every morning. the breakfast area was always tidy, and the staff ensured quick refills of all the food items for all guests to enjoy.

The room included a modern shower with good water pressure. It was a RELAXING experience. there was a convenient kettle with tea and coffee facilities available. This added to the comfort of my visit. the bed was comfortable.

Excellent stay near the metro
metro access friendly staff breakfast variety clean room
The metro station is just across the street. This provided easy access to various parts of the city. The staff were friendly and ready to help with any questions I had (i especially liked their local recommendations). Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, something for everyone. I found the room clean and well-kept.
The gym was a bit smaller than i expected.
