the breakfast included gratis water in the room, which i found acceptable.
the air conditioning did not work, i stayed there for two nights. it felt horrible. i was not moved to another room.

the breakfast was acceptable. i found a good choice of food.
The air conditioning did not function correctly . the room became uncomfortably warm, and there was no effective way to cool it down. this made sleeping difficult. The hotel should address this issue.

underwhelming stay, some issues
dated furniture poor cleaning
the location was acceptable, being a short walk to the underground station.
The room i booked, a standard double room, felt dated. The furniture looked old. the bathroom was small. the cleaning wasn't great either as i found some dust on surfaces.

great variety helpful staff weak coverage hotel bar
The breakfast provided a wonderful start to each day with a great variety. Freshly brewed coffee (I am picky about it!) was available not from a machine. The staff were polite.
The listing advertised high-speed internet, however, there was no Wi-Fi available. It was particularly inconvenient due to the weak 4G/5G coverage in the hotel area. (I wished I had known this in advance)
