Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
unclean room poor internet
The location was acceptable because it was just a few blocks walking distance from the main train station.
I was disappointed that the room was not properly prepared upon arrival. It was unclean and the linens and pillows were not of good quality. I also found the internet to be quite poor.

Solid Stay Near Central Station
good size helpful staff
The size of the room was pretty good, especially given the central location, it was an unexpected plus. breakfast offered a wide array of options. I enjoyed the selection of meats and cheeses, a nice touch. i also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. Their assistance was very valuable .
the need to leave my room key at the front desk each time i left the building was a bit inconvenient.

Fantastic Stay Near the Station
perfect location friendly staff fresh breakfast
I found the location to be amazing , as it was close to the train station. The staff were friendly and ready to help with any questions. Breakfast offered many choices and tasted very fresh , I especially liked the variety.
The floor in my room had a noticeable creak. There were limited options for vegetables , and their quality was not great. The small window and inadequate curtains made it difficult to sleep after sunrise. The shower space was confined , and shampoo placement was inconvenient.

My room was spacious and very clean , with a lovely view. The room included a coat hanger at the entrance , which was very convenient, and all the amenities seemed brand new, so this was fantastic.

The staff was attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. From the late-night check-in to the breakfast hall team , everyone was helpful. The room was cleaned daily , and amenities were regularly refreshed.

The breakfast was abundant and the dining room was super fun. There were paintings and cute sculptures to look at , I really enjoyed this. Hot drinks were served in cute china pots.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Noted
faulty electrical sockets unfriendly breakfast staff
The hotel's proximity to the main train station proved convenient.
The room felt quite dated. Some of the electrical sockets were faulty. The lack of air conditioning was a definite problem because the weather was warm. the breakfast staff seemed less than thrilled when I asked for toast.
