The location was perfect! right near the altdtadt and so walkable to attractions, shops, and restaurants! the staff helped me with everything. They were super customer oriented. the room was big, rare in europe!

The staff upgraded our room at no cost, i was thankful for their help with our luggage. the location was central. I could walk to many stores and restaurants nearby! at the same time, the apartments were quiet. I found this very appreciable.

breakfast choices included various options, such as pastries, cold cuts, and fresh fruit. coffee and tea were readily available during breakfast hours. the breakfast area was clean and well kept, i appreciated that.

the reception staff greeted me warmly, and were efficient during check-in. staff members provided helpful directions and recommendations for local attractions. i was grateful for their attention.

the studio featured comfortable beds with fresh linens. there was a small seating area and a desk for working. the room also included a mini-fridge and coffee maker, it was very useful.

The room included a living room and kitchenette. I found the location to be great for walking to most major sites. The outdoor garden offers a quiet refuge.
I discovered scaffolding all over the hotel exterior. My garden view did not offer much of a view. The pounding started at 7:30 some mornings.
