perfect location breakfast buffet friendly staff
i loved the location it was perfect for exploring. the breakfast buffet had so many choices i especially enjoyed the gluten-free options. the staff was really friendly and helpful with everything i needed.

helpful staff central location inadequate air conditioning elevator service
The location proved advantageous, placing me near the Viktualienmarkt. The staff were generally helpful, assisting with directions and basic inquiries. I stayed in a Plus Double Room . The room size was adequate.
The air conditioning seemed inadequate. I found it difficult to maintain a consistently cool temperature in my room. The elevator experienced a period of being out of service. This caused some inconvenience. This problem required using the stairs.

useful amenities convenient location
The room offered sufficient space and included useful amenities. A minibar with complimentary drinks was a nice benefit. The hotel's location allowed easy access to many attractions and restaurants.
There was some misunderstanding concerning parking options. The affordable parking was missed because of miscommunication. It was a small issue, but caused some inconvenience.
