friendly staffstreet noise
the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
my room faced the street and street noise made it hard to sleep. even with the windows closed, i could still hear cars and trams all night long. the noise really affected the quality of my rest.

Breakfast had good choices. The staff seemed very friendly. Rooms were kept clean, and I appreciate that. The hotel is located near the central station. The hotel provided an option to upgrade my room upon check-in. The room was recently renovated and had good amenities. It suited work and relaxation well.. I appreciated the IPTV with relevant channels, not just local television. I found the location very convenient. It is easy to reach central areas by foot. A tram stop is right by the hotel if walking is not preferred.
The room lacked air conditioning, causing it to become too warm at night.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the main train station.
The furniture seemed old, and there were no power outlets near the bed, inconvenient. the hot water pressure on the fourth floor was very weak in the morning. I had trouble getting a decent shower. the lack of hot water was frustrating

The location was very convenient, situated close to the train station. I found the breakfast to be both well-designed and healthy (the selection was excellent).
