missing amenities cold coffee
the staff was helpful and patient.
The room was disappointing it lacked basic amenities like tea or coffee facilities. Not even a fridge was there! i ordered coffee once, but it arrived cold, frustrating when i needed a caffeine fix during my work trip.

the staff were friendly. the location is great. i found the breakfast to be tasty. the room was clean.
the room lacked air conditioning. i found this to be a significant issue . there was no kettle in the room. the curtains did not fully block the light from outside.

The hotel boasts beautiful decorations and a convenient location, a short walk from the city center! breakfast service stood out, delivering excellent food quality. i found a perfect touch with the rose in the bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance.

I liked breakfast served. It was at my table. The courtyard looked beautiful. The hotel decor really suited. Staff were also friendly and polite. I appreciate the great location near the city center.
